Had a lovely couples massage followed by some delicious tea and to our surprise a sauna experience. It was such a relaxing and lovely day, especially for my husband who doesn't typically do these type of things. He said he'd come back :) which is a very big compliment. Will definitely be booking again.

Great first experience. The space is clean and peaceful, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Professional and relaxing throughout. Nina was very attentive and friendly, she did a great job. The staff at Roukh were extremely accommodating and welcoming which elevated the overall experience.

I had an amazing experience at Roukh Thai Wellness in Prestwich. Nora is highly skilled and very professional. She gave one of the best deep tissue and hot stone massages I’ve had in Manchester. Her technique and understanding of muscle tension and pressure points were excellent. The deep tissue, hot stones, and stretching helped release tightness in my back and shoulders. The place is clean, calm, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter. Highly recommend Nora.

Amazing felt like I floated out can’t wait to visit again

After struggling with my skin for years and feeling overwhelmed by where to start, I had a skin analysis here and it was a total game-changer. Dr Cal took detailed photos and spent time explaining the 'why' behind my skin issues. Instead of just selling me products, he provided a deep dive into my skin’s health and is even sending a full report with the images and our discussion. It’s given me a real plan for my skin. Highly recommend if you're tired of guesswork! Thank you

A fantastic introduction to Cryo in Manchester which we hope will lead to many more! we experienced all four products which, with regular use will definitely improve our minds and bodies. All interactions with owners and employees has been exemplary and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. And they know their stuff! Go see them!

Excellent red light therapy bed, excellent customer service

I’ll admit I was skeptical of how good it would be, I’ve had a lot of massages, and know a fair bit about the human body and how it works and have been underwhelmed by many masseuse in the past. Having woke up in agony with my neck this morning so booked out of desperation. I can’t speak highly enough of Ken’s knowledge and attention to detail. He was extremely professional and straight away I felt relaxed by his methods of working knowing he was trying his very best to relieve my pain. I’ll definitely be back. Would highly recommend!
