The staff are professional, skilled, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The spotless facilities, especially the hot stone steam room, are world-class and deeply rejuvenating. With a perfect location opposite Dubai Mall and stunning Burj Khalifa views, Sultana Spa is a true five-star retreat I’ll happily return to.

R Style is an amazing beauty salon—truly one of the best in Dubai.Mr. Amir is exceptional with hair, and the entire team is highly professional and talented. Also nail services are excellent; Ms Hayma, Aya, Berna, Liya amazing. What really stands out is how kind, generous, and positive everyone is. The salon has such beautiful energy—everyone is always smiling and genuinely makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. The quality of the products they use is very high, which makes the results even better. I’m extremely happy with their services and highly recommend R Style. 🌟💇‍♀️💅

I had a special Moroccan bath treatment with Zahra at Beatifiqque in Business Bay, and it was truly exceptional. This was honestly one of the best Moroccan bath experiences in Dubai. From the care and attention Zahra puts into every step to the high-quality products she uses, everything felt premium and personalized. The ambiance of the salon is warm and welcoming, and the overall service is outstanding. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Highly recommended!

I was an hour late to my appointment due to traffic, but the staffs did everything to help and even stay beyond their closing time to accommodate me. The massage and hammam were 10/10 and best I've ever had (and I've been to loads of hammam and massage around the world!) super pleased for my last night in Dubai and felt much lighter for my flight ahead! Simply put: Best massage I’ve had. Not just in Dubai - full stop. Use the contrast room first (sauna and ice bath) then a massage. Dewi , the therapist, was brilliant. Highly recommend.

My experience at Luci Luna salon was amazing! The staff are very polite, providing great customer service and I've been back twice for a blowdry with Michael the hair dresser. He's experience and quality of work is one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended when your in Dubai downtown next looking for a make over and a bit of luxury at an affordable price, it's definitely the place to go. 10/10 🤩

Since I am in Dubai, The ZUU Ladies Massage Spa Lounge now the only one, who i visit. I am glad to find the right place where are very professional masseuse. Mapel is truly the best masseuse I've ever experienced. I came in with shoulder pain, and she knew exactly how to work on that spot. After the massage, I felt completely reborn. If you're in Dubai, head to the Hilton and ask for Ms Mapel, she will give you a massage unlike any other, an experience you'll never forget 💖

Few things would add great value to overall experience: Offer some drink or just water bottle. There was no Shower gel and body lotion in Men’s shower area. Steam room was not working and was not informed by therapist in advance.
