This salon is totally chic but also very friendly. Josh is an amazing hairdresser and seems to know exactly how you want your hair. Prices are very reasonable for such an upmarket salon. Highly recommended.

Rachel colour matched my hair extensions, fitted them and does my regular maintenance, she is so so lovely and makes you feel very welcome and does such a good job with my hair love it so much

There is nothing I can say that will truly explain how amazing Ell is! From consultation to appointment, everything exceeded my expectations. I went in for balayage and extensions and she went above and beyond to make sure I left more than over the moon with the results. Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

Where to begin! Not only is Rachel a master of her craft, but a genuinely lovely girl who can put even the most anxious people at ease. I’ve never ever left a salon actually happy with my hair until Rachel did my hair, and I get complimented all the time!! 2+ hours pass like minutes in the chair, and I look forward to my yap (and matcha) every 6 weeks. Could not recommend more <3
