I had a really good sports massage at Rep Studio. My back was feeling very tight from training and heavy exercise, and after the session I felt so much better. The pressure was perfect and very targeted to the areas that needed it most. I left feeling looser, lighter and much more mobile. Highly recommend!

What is great about Elena is that she listens very carefully and tailors the massage to what you need that day. She also gives really helpful feedback on musculature which is helpful when you have been working on something in training. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Today, she turned my 'Lego head' into an amazing soft blunt bob. It's bouncy and the soft brown colour is shiny and vibrant. A genius in her field. Was pleased with my Gym session with Andrew in relation to my knee issues. He showed me how to use machines properly to strengthen my knees, explained things and stayed with me throughout. Encouragement given has made me feel I am doing the right thing to unable me to walk and move around better. Going to book a few more sessions with Andrew.
