My dad came from another country, and the very first thing he wanted to do when he arrived was book a massage at Motion Remedy with Gigi — he wasn’t interested in London attractions at all, which says everything. He had severe shoulder pain for two months and couldn’t lift his arm properly. After just three sessions with Gigi, the pain was gone and his movement fully restored. Truly amazing results, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

First time using Emily and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She did a fantastic job correcting a colour issue left by a previous hairdresser and really took the time to get it right. Emily was lovely to talk to, made me feel comfortable throughout, and the whole experience was so enjoyable. The salon itself is lovely too. Emily is such a lovely lady, very friendly and complementary. I wanted something low maintenance and easily manageable, since becoming a mum I don't have much time to do my hair. She did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair, and gave me great advice on caring for my hair including product recommendations. I will definitely be going back!

Had a 1 hour Thai Combination massage and it was great. I loved all the stretches and felt so relaxed afterwards and all my tension was gone. The rooms are super clean and all the therapists I've had are very good. All the small attention to detail made it a great experience. I will be back

Lee did both my little boy's hair and my daughter's. My son sat like a pro, no nerves there, and Lee was really calm and accommodating to him. And she listened to what my daughter wanted and even finished it off with a few plaits which is great for this hot weather. Thank you so much!

I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Went for a Kenalog jab and it was my first time visiting. Rebecca was great throughout the treatment, explaining everything clearly and making me feel at ease. The clinic was very clean, welcoming, and professional. An added bonus was the convenient parking right outside. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend.
