Absolutely wonderful massage experience at the IOMI from the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming and beautifully relaxing. The deep dive massage was exceptional The therapist was professional, attentive and clearly very experienced, taking the time to focus on areas of tension and leaving me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed afterwards. The peaceful experience was finished big with tea and snacks, which prepared me for my return to reality and the test of my city adventure. Beautiful fit out. Came in to try and Hocatt machine and it did not disappoint. I felt so cleansed and more energised than how I felt when I walked in. Eliza who also took care of me from start to finish was wonderful too. Shame I don’t live in Melbourne but will be back next time.

Very relaxing and peaceful - I enjoyed my Deluxe Head Spa treatment and will book again in the future. Being in South Melbourne is very convenient. 2hr street parking in the side streets was a minimal fee.

I've been to several infrared saunas in Melbourne and Nimbus and Co is my favourite! The saunas are always pre heated and clean, Vincent is super friendly and the bathroom facilities are lovely! Would recommend

The Orchard Prahran is a lovely establishment, offering an array of beautifully curated wellness treatments in an atmosphere that exudes warmth and tranquility. Liz and Symee are truly wonderful individuals—welcoming, kind, and genuinely dedicated to creating a nurturing experience. The prices are very reasonable, making their offerings even more accessible. Prudence was an excellent masseuse! I had the Aroma Detox and my husband had the Deep Dive. We both get regular deep-tissue massages back home; she did a great job of getting out my husband's aches and pains from our long flight to Melbourne, and helped me relax and ease-away the stress of travel! Every single time I come to recovery lounge, I leave feeling more impressed than the last. Yesterday we tried out the new private area/ traditional sauna, ice bath, hot magnesium bath. This was a game changer, going from cold to hot felt like you were on some beautiful island 🙏 both pools have big jet pumps for your calves making the experience so much relaxing. I could really feel the difference in how my body felt yesterday after using these facilities. I’m a big supporter of Recovery lounge, there’s nothing like it here in Melbourne, private recovery at its best :)

It was so wonderful to see Symee after 5.5 years absence and I did miss seeing Liz 🤕 I was so tired that all I wanted today was to have the oxygen and I fell asleep inside. It was a beautiful deep good quality sleep. I felt so much better after the oxygen session I had energy and I felt more vibrant again So glad this is so convenient and right next to Prahran Market

What a beautiful space! It’s clean, cool and has everything under the one roof. I also go to the Prahran location and had started my wellness journey there. It’s great to have two locations to choose from. The staff are so friendly and always accomodating. Parking here has always been easy too with plenty of spots on the side street free of charge.

I had such a great experience at Edwards & Co Prahran with Jess. Jess was so professional, attentive, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made the entire appointment an enjoyable experience. The foils were applied so carefully and the overall finish looks natural and fresh. I felt really comfortable the whole appointment and left feeling so confident with my hair. What a experience!! It literially like i walked into small piece of Japanese tranquality in Melbourne. I had hot stone massage, and it was exactly what i needed! The staff looks well after you as soon as you walk in, it like you can leave worries at the door, will definetly come again!
