Sammy has so much knowledge in her field and her consults are incredibly informative and educational. She has a personable approach and will help guide you on your skin needs rather than using a quick fix solution. Sammy is my go-to gal for anything skin related whether it be chemical peels or injectables. She is ahead of her time in Melbourne, using fabulous Korean skincare techniques and products. I’m already looking forward to my next relaxing treatment. Today I did the Lhala peel treatment and I’m beyond stoked!

My partner and I went to Newleaf Spa on Valentine’s Day for a couples massage, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had in Melbourne. Jesse and Tuna were both absolutely amazing, professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Beautiful fit out. Came in to try and Hocatt machine and it did not disappoint. I felt so cleansed and more energised than how I felt when I walked in. Eliza who also took care of me from start to finish was wonderful too. Shame I don’t live in Melbourne but will be back next time.

Every single time I come to recovery lounge, I leave feeling more impressed than the last. Yesterday we tried out the new private area/ traditional sauna, ice bath, hot magnesium bath. This was a game changer, going from cold to hot felt like you were on some beautiful island 🙏 both pools have big jet pumps for your calves making the experience so much relaxing. I could really feel the difference in how my body felt yesterday after using these facilities. I’m a big supporter of Recovery lounge, there’s nothing like it here in Melbourne, private recovery at its best :)

I’ve been coming for years here, it’s honestly one of the best recovery places in all of Melbourne. The traditional sauna is elite sitting anywhere between 90-100 degrees and the 2 ice baths which are 1 metre away when you step out the sauna are sitting 4 to 7 degrees. It’s honestly the perfect recovery space and you walk away feeling brand new and rejuvenated. Jason and his team have done a phenomenal job in making this the ultimate place for recovery. Can’t wait to go again! Keep healthy!

Absolutely wonderful massage experience at the IOMI from the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming and beautifully relaxing. The deep dive massage was exceptional The therapist was professional, attentive and clearly very experienced, taking the time to focus on areas of tension and leaving me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed afterwards. The peaceful experience was finished big with tea and snacks, which prepared me for my return to reality and the test of my city adventure. Very relaxing and peaceful - I enjoyed my Deluxe Head Spa treatment and will book again in the future. Being in South Melbourne is very convenient. 2hr street parking in the side streets was a minimal fee.

What a beautiful space! It’s clean, cool and has everything under the one roof. I also go to the Prahran location and had started my wellness journey there. It’s great to have two locations to choose from. The staff are so friendly and always accomodating. Parking here has always been easy too with plenty of spots on the side street free of charge.
