Wonderful experience! Claire did a lovely job of my nails (French manicure with some nail art on my nail finger) I never get my nails done but Claire was so helpful and lovely. I’d happily go back!

Nailed it! I wanted to go dark after being blonde for the last 26 years and all I’m used to. Amy went through different options and was so patient with me. I’m so pleased with the result and knew she’s know what would be best. The young lady that washed my hair was lovely too and made conversation easily. I could have spent all day at the salon! Fantastic as always. The best mani/pedi in Newbury!!

My first visit to The Retreat…lovely salon. I usually see Andrew at Sequoia in Newbury, he always cuts my hair beautifully. Will be returning to the retreat as it’s a very calm environment. See you in December!!

Andrew was great, as always. However, reception’s customer service skills were lacking on this visits.

I moved from Newbury to Oxford 3 years ago, but still come back to Newbury to have my hair done, as it’s the best Hair cut/blow dry by far. Well worth the drive. Ros

Great first experience at Elcot Park Retreat and I really appreciated not feeling rushed. I left with a great hair cut which was just what I wanted hence the 5***** review. It’s a beautiful setting too so worth a ten minute drive from Newbury.
