I recently took my 5yo daughter to Hair at O’Neills in Fareham for a haircut, and we had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness, which made my daughter feel so comfortable. Her stylist, Sam, was absolutely lovely – she was patient, kind, and really engaging with my daughter throughout the whole process. My little one was especially excited by all the festive Christmas decorations around the salon. Sam did a fantastic job with my daughter’s hair. The entire experience was stress-free, fun, and enjoyable.

My teen and i visited OTC for massages. As with things going on, we were both a bit tense & in need of some relaxation. 10/10 would recommend for anything! Been in today for Korean lash lift, dermaplane, Hollywood wax and full leg wax - felt so at ease and relaxed. Had a pain free wax and felt super relaxed after my dermaplane and lashes! Thanks girl 💖

We had such a lovely time getting our gel nails done today. Sasha was so patient and friendly, especially with my children. The nail designs came out beautifully — clean, neat, and exactly what we asked for. She’s very talented & I’d highly recommend!
