I recently had a facial, back massage, and head/scalp massage at Om Holistics, and the entire experience was just perfect. From the thoughtful text message from Alaine a few days beforehand with all the necessary details, to the lovely herbal tea at the end, every part of the visit was perfectly considered. Alaine was warm, friendly, and funny, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment felt completely tailored to my needs and was of fantastic quality. The best treatment I've ever had!! I had the back massage, facial and head massage and it was absolutely dreamy. When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. Was a nice 60min massage, & very tailored to my needs.

I booked through Groupon and had a wonderful experience. I felt fully relaxed and at ease for the facial. Marta was very professional and gave me all her attention. The facial included a mask also. I will definitely be booking again and recommending to family and friends! Thank you.

Ellisia has done my facial once again. This time, I also had a gel pedicure. I can honestly say both treatments were perfect in every way. Ellisia has the most amazing attention to detail. She has a kind and calming effect, whilst being so efficient at what she does. I can not recommend her enough.

Alaine’s attention to detail is just fab - from choosing the appropriate oils, to bringing a cup of tea at the end. She is really skilled - this wasn’t just any massage and facial; it was truly tailored to exactly what I needed in the moment... I feel so relaxed. I will certainly be back again.

What an incredible experience and Alaine is the most wonderful therapist - so relaxing, beautiful surroundings and so much care. Never mind the best facial & massage I’ve ever had.
