For training purposes and to get ready for my exams, I'll be doing this massage with you sat down as this is how the assessor has trained me and what she will be looking for.

Indian head massage is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment using oils. It’s an incredibly therapeutic massage that focuses on the head, face, neck, shoulders, arms and upper back, and works on the central nervous system to encourage circulation, relieve tension and stress and stimulate blood flow.

I hold space in this session for your body to sink deeply into a state of relaxation.  A moment of self care and re-balancing to take the parasympathetic nervous system into safety, rest and digest state.

Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing that works across mind, body and spirit. It's a deeply transformative and profound, yet subtle, hands on healing method. I work intuitively as a channel for energy to flow to you, where it's needed most.

After a short consultation you’ll be invited to make yourself comfortable (fully clothed) under blankets on a massage bed. I open and close the session with brief sound and space cleansing and settle you into the treatment with gentle meditation using the breath.  

I use acupressure to calm and release. Your session will last 60 minutes.

CALM ENERGY FLOW: Reiki Energy Healing

I hold space in this session for your body to sink deeply into a state of relaxation.  A moment of self care and re-balancing to take the parasympathetic nervous system into safety, rest and digest state.

Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing that works across mind, body and spirit. It's a deeply transformative and profound, yet subtle, hands on healing method. I work intuitively as a channel for energy to flow to you, where it's needed most.

After a short consultation you’ll be invited to make yourself comfortable (fully clothed) under blankets on a massage bed. I open and close the session with brief sound and space cleansing and settle you into the treatment with gentle meditation using the breath.

I open the session with space cleansing and settle you in with gentle meditation using the breath as well as sound over, on and around the body at the beginning and end of the treatment. I close with space cleansing and may use acupressure to further calm and release. 

Your first appointment lasts 75 minutes to give you time to ask questions,  so you aren't rushed and we can do a thorough consultation.

TIME FOR PAUSE: Reiki + Sound (new client first appointment only)

After a short chat you’ll make yourself comfortable (fully clothed) under blankets on a massage bed. I open and close the session with sound and space cleansing and guide you into the session with gentle meditation using the breath.

TIME FOR PAUSE: Reiki + Sound 

A shorter appointment for babies and young people.  Pay for an hour and split the time into more than one session, depending on the age and attention span of the child.

Studies have shown that because Reiki supports in calming down our fight and flight response and settling our nervous system, it can help to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, lessening these symptoms and bringing a feeling of calm. It can also be really effective with supporting sleep cycles.

If your baby or child has suspected or diagnosed Autism / ADHD or is on the neurodivergent spectrum, we can work together to create a set-up and treatment process that suits each child or young person as an individual, taking into consideration any triggers and adjustments. Babies in particular respond beautifully to Reiki and these child-friendly sessions are adapted accordingly in terms of pitch, instrument and timings.
