I just had a 45 min relaxation massage and facial. It was amazing. Can honestly say the best one I have ever had. I have had surgery on neck and shoulder and she was very delicate with me. Would recommend Norwood Body Bliss Day Spa to anyone. I will be returning.

Today's student was very friendly and accommodated my late arrival with calm and fun. I feel like the facial was a little rushed through, I understand there is technique practice etc, and many to do in a day but it was less than 30 minutes (i finished before others tat arrived much earlier?) The massage of creams was good, I liked the pressure and technique applied. Perhaps I was a little casual and therefore the choices of products were matched to that rather than what might be best for my skin? I love coming in and having the opportunity to experience the variety of students. Thanks

The massage was good and the pressure just as I like it. I asked for focus on my head, neck and shoulders which when attended to, was ok. I just could have used more there :) Finished with a facial which was lovely and relaxing. 2 ideas to improve the experience overall 1. When Facials are being performed, rather than leave for 10 minutes, massage the head or decolletage. 2. Lights would be good a little dimmer than they are. A tad bright when facing up. Thank you so much!

I tried Japanese head spa and deep tissue massage with fay. I am extremely satisfied with the quality service and serene atmosphere of the place. Definitely worth every penny . It was a great massage.

It was a nice experience however I was surprised that some aspects did not resemble the first facial I had around 6 weeks ago. The trainee did not display much confidence which I understand comes with experience. I still felt quite comfortable with the procedure but the technique was not as polished as my first experience. There was no hand massage offered when the mask was drying. I do enjoy participating as it motivates me to continue to look after my aging skin...thank you very much...regards Julie
