This was my first lymphatic drainage massage and it was such a great experience! A relatively hard service to find in Adelaide (we are often a bit behind the radar). I left feeling lighter, more energised and had the best night’s sleep afterwards. If you're looking for a pre event or holiday glow up or you're in need of a post holiday detox/cleanse, I can't recommend Holly enough!

Had an amazing time with Holly in her beautiful room in Adelaide. I tried out a lymphatic massage to help deal with some bloating and give myself a detox. I would recommend it to anyone. Holly was incredibly transparent in walking me through the treatment and now, I feel like a new person. I can see lymphatic results on my stomach and I will sign up for a monthly cleanse from now on. Matilda had such a loving and caring energy, it’s clear she really wants people to feel held and cared for. It was a beautiful combination of massage, stretching, movement and it really felt like she knew the body and what it needed. She is so good at what she does. If you want to feel totally relaxed but also that she’s working on your body in all the right places. Matilda is your woman.

After a stressful week interstate, booked for a 90 min massage with Lisa. It was a really thoroughly relaxing and calming experience. Lisa is very skilful and noticed tense areas that I’d overlooked. She worked on them to reduce the pain I get on longer walks. Another great result.
