This was my first lymphatic drainage massage and it was such a great experience! A relatively hard service to find in Adelaide (we are often a bit behind the radar). I left feeling lighter, more energised and had the best night’s sleep afterwards. If you're looking for a pre event or holiday glow up or you're in need of a post holiday detox/cleanse, I can't recommend Holly enough!

Had an amazing time with Holly in her beautiful room in Adelaide. I tried out a lymphatic massage to help deal with some bloating and give myself a detox. I would recommend it to anyone. Holly was incredibly transparent in walking me through the treatment and now, I feel like a new person. I can see lymphatic results on my stomach and I will sign up for a monthly cleanse from now on. After a stressful week interstate, booked for a 90 min massage with Lisa. It was a really thoroughly relaxing and calming experience. Lisa is very skilful and noticed tense areas that I’d overlooked. She worked on them to reduce the pain I get on longer walks. Another great result.
