Absolutely fantastic. Michaela gets you nicely comfortable and then she gets to work with her hands and fingers. All of my aches and pains disappeared i was so relaxed at the end of my back, neck and shoulder massage. I can't wait until my next massage. Thanks Michaela.

The treatment was really nice. I enjoyed the face and head massage. Thank you. Unfortunately it was a bit spoiled because my 6 pm appointment started 6:10, which is ok, but it finished 7 pm, which is 50 minutes. You advertise it as 1h and I believe it's reasonable to expect 1 h treatment, especially that it's quite expensive. When asked about it I was told it's 1h with setting up. If that's the case you should inform the customer or say it's 50 minutes. I loved it but I'm not sure I'd book it again for that price. Xx

I had the Ultimate Reset Package with Michaela and wow – it was fabulous! The back, neck and shoulder massage was lovely – nice and warm, easing my muscles and reducing the pain in my leg and buttock. The lymphatic drainage was so relaxing, and Michaela explained how the system works, which should help with a suspected infection. The reiki was amazing too – I feel so much lighter and more focused. Overall, a great, relaxing experience. I feel 100 times better leaving than when I walked in. Thank you, Michaela! 💛

Absolutely amazing Head waterfall spa treatment and facial this morning provided by Nell. The whole experience from start to finish was simply wonderful. Walking into the room, seeing the twinkling lights, and the Christmas image projected on the wall behind and hearing the sound of soft running water, straight away I felt relaxed. The facial and head massage were superb and anything I write here wouldn't do it justice. Finished off with a relaxing beverage of my choice accompanied by 2 cookies 🍪. Would 💯 recommend and I will be booking my next appointment for the New Year. Thankyou Nell X

I had a pregnancy massage and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I was made to feel very comfortable and there was no rush for me to get myself onto the table or get ready. The experience was very tailored to myself and I felt so relaxed the whole way through, so much so that I’m considering going back for another one next week if the baby doesn’t come!

Amazing treatment! I had The Ultimate Indian Head Spa with Katie after a week-long headache, and she worked absolute magic. The scalp, neck, and facial massage melted my tension away.
