Lovely back massage which focused on releasing the knots in my shoulders The facial was very relaxing Overall the treatment and service was excellent.

My pedicure was without doubt the best I've had for a long time. Nell is so particular and careful that I always feel so special, I have a couple of nails that tend to grow their own way and she keeps them under control for me. So I now have very pretty nails and lovely soft feet. Thank you Nell you're a star ****

Amazing .,. The place is very nice. The room was pretty with twinkling lights The bed was warm and cosy. The treatment given by Sam was so relaxing and she checked I was ok and temperature of water was correct.bottled water and good hair dryers. I let chilled relaxed with beauty shining soft hair. THANK YOU X

Such an amazing, calming experience. I had the Japanese head spa, and the room was calm, relaxing, the lady (Sam) was really nice, and couldn't do any more than she did! My experience was fantastic. The a warm welcome, an introduction to the treatment. It was calming and relaxing from start to finish. From the music playing throughout to the products used. Each part was well planned. First time having full facial and it wont be my last. My skin looks and feels the best its had. Would highly recommend

The new Japanese head spa utilised several techniques which kept me guessing as to what was coming next in the process. From the hot water to the manipulation of massages to the stones and finally to the cold metal massaging implements, the experience was completely different which made the experience and the resultant sensation extremely transformative. It was extremely satisfying and was it not for communication I would have easily fallen asleep it was that relaxing , I suppose the best way to describe this spa was it was mindfulness on speed !!! I strongly recommend you try this.
