Treated myself to 2 treatments today, the first was a Full body Swedish massage which was incredibly relaxing & has helped ease a lot of my muscle tension with focusing on my lymphatic system. My second treatment was a mini facial which came with a scalp massage the combination of products used were perfect leaving my skin refreshed, energised and so soft. Amelia as always delivered a welcoming, comfortable professional experience 🧘‍♀️ Thank you 🙂

I first went to see Mo about a week before the Manchester Marathon as I was struggling with a cramped hamstring and very worried I would t make the start line. But thanks to the care and attention paid, Mo helped me get to that line and complete the marathon within target time. Big Thanks to Mo for that, a gent and professional. Just had another round to ease everything out after the big day and I'm feeling like a new man!

I think Emma is simply the best. If you have anatomy problems and in pain with bones/joints etc then id say book yourself in. I have a bad back, my hip had shifted alignment during pregnancy when I developed long term sciatica. I tried acupuncture, massage, cupping and chiropractic (last one being the worst I did to my back) Luckily Emma got recommended and I saw her for Osteomyology, since then my back has improved drastically. Usually I dont need any treatment however for general back care instead of a massage etc I come to see Emma. Definitely worth booking

Jason is always professional, friendly, and very attentive. He takes a holistic approach and gives advice tailored to individual concerns and symptoms. He has been helping me for a while now, and I honestly can’t praise him enough. He is very knowledgeable, and clearly knows his job inside out.

This was my first time visiting Amelia for the spring awakening ritual as a treat to myself for finishing uni. She was so welcoming and friendly and really put my mind and body at ease, I will absolutely be returning in the future!
