I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. Always amazing! I struggle with muscle soreness from training but I come away from a massage here so much more relaxed every time. I’ve visited various places for deep tissue massage over the years but this is definitely the best by far. Would highly recommend
