I usually whiten my teeth with a kit from the dentist. So today I decided to book in with Sarah for the new teeth whiting procedure now available . Just Wow!!!! The results were amazing I’ve never managed to get this level of whitening with the kit that takes fourteen consecutive nights!!!!!! Thank you Sarah for bringing a whiting system to us that gives amazing results in just 45minutes you’ve done it again you legend 🤩

The best pregnancy massage I’ve ever had. Sasha made me feel welcome and at ease, she had a wonderful energy that comes through when massaging. I left feeling so nurtured and relax, will definitely be back.

I had my first massage with Paula (I hadn’t had a massage at all in about 3yrs) and it was incredible. The atmosphere was so relaxing which was lovely, especially as I’m a naturally anxious person. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure was perfect and at the end, I felt like I could float home! I definitely recommend Paula for any massage treatments, you won’t regret it!!

I’ve realised I’ve not had a proper massage before having this one from Paula. She managed to work into my areas of pain so well that in 30 mins my back and shoulders feel how they used to before the build up of tension. Sasha has really helped me with the plantar fasciitis I have had in one of my feet for many months. I had been going monthly and in March, Sasha said she had been doing some research and she targeted particular areas – immediately my foot felt a lot better and the massage seems to have been the trigger for recovery, because since then my foot has been significantly better (altho not completely). My feet no longer hurt in the evening, I can do long walks and be on my feet all day, so I am delighted! I would not hesitate to recommend Sasha to anyone. She also has a lovely warm manner!

The treatments are always exceptionally well done and Emma is always the ultimate professional.
