Ive had 5 treatments of the age resist facial..so happy with the results and what a relaxing facial this is..the shoulder massage eased all my aches and pains..Tracey is brilliant and puts so much into having a great experience..the facial itself was refreshing and relaxing..so happy with the results..would highly recommend!

I had my first massage with Paula (I hadn’t had a massage at all in about 3yrs) and it was incredible. The atmosphere was so relaxing which was lovely, especially as I’m a naturally anxious person. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure was perfect and at the end, I felt like I could float home! I definitely recommend Paula for any massage treatments, you won’t regret it!!

I’ve realised I’ve not had a proper massage before having this one from Paula. She managed to work into my areas of pain so well that in 30 mins my back and shoulders feel how they used to before the build up of tension. Amazing massage! Released so many muscles in my back, arms and shoulders! Would recommend best massage in Nottingham.

I’ve visited Be.Well Nottingham many times and each session has been consistently excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!
