Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

The hair scalp experience was fantastic and so relaxing. My scalp and hair feel extremely clean and free of buildup. I booked for my daughter and I to have the treatment together and both of us can’t wait to come back! We have been looking for a Japanese hair spa in London and are so happy to have found one.

Just had my blonde highlights and cut done by the new Artistic Director Gianmarco - What an amazing addition to the team! The finest baby lights I’ve ever had, so natural. One of the best set of highlights I’ve had in London in 18 years! Oh and if you love a bob - his cut is so sharp! - I’ll be back :-)

Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

I wanted a shampoo and blow dry for a funeral tomorrow. Karen was really helpful and styled my hair beautifully. Naomi shampooed my hair and massaged my hair so well that I could have fallen asleep.

I’ve been with Julie for just over a year now and honestly, I won’t go anywhere else. I used to travel all the way back to Lincoln for my hair because I’m so fussy, but after moving to London I finally bit the bullet and found Julie, best decision ever. She’s completely put my mind at ease about my hair, especially when I’ve been stressed or overthinking things, and her knowledge and confidence are unmatched. I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They offer you drinks and pay attention to details! The nail art is perfectly done, the waxing is fast and smooth, the pedicure and manicure are very relaxing ! Best one I’ve been to in London yet !

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

This was my first time at the salon and having a head spa treatment. It was lush! I booked pretty last minute and they were able to fit me in and the therapist was so lovely and explained the whole process. The price for treatment is on par with other salons in London so that was good. It was so relaxing and needed, naturally I fell asleep. Will definitely return. Thank you

If your hair needs some break from the rough, cold and dry season, then Esthetique hair spa is for you. It was a surreal and relaxed experience, which everyone should try at least once.
