Deborah was lovely person, the massage was just what I needed after a very hectic time I decided I needed some self care. The environment was warm and cosy. I had a very good night's sleep when I got home which was well needed. I will be going back for sure.

I've had a few back massages at Toetotal and they are so good. I feel very relaxed afterwards. Helps with my chronic back pain a lot. I will be returning for another session asap

My first visit to Magda was as amazing - she recommended a different treatment which she felt would better address the issues I was having (tension headache) and I’m so pleased I listened to her recommendation! I had a Kobido massage and it was like nothing I’ve had before. Deeply relaxing and I felt great afterwards. I’m definitely going back again!!

could not recommend shay enough for everything from fixing injuries to general maintenance she has a solution to any ache or pain. always come out of a treatment feeling like a new woman and she’s so positive to be around as a person always making her sessions as best as she can for patients thank you for making me feel good🧘‍♀️✨

I've suffered with extreme back pain due to scoliosis to the point where it affected my life. I have been having maintenance treatments with Shay for body alignment and massage for 2 years now and it has helped so much with my day to day life, with work, my kids and going to the gym. I even look different! 😊

I booked a 75 minute full body, face and scalp massage (via Groupon) and it was such a treat. The treatment room was cosy and relaxing, and felt completely comfortable throughout. The pressure was perfect, and particular attention was paid to the areas I'd requested beforehand. I found The Rainbow Studio by accident, but I will definitely be booking back in - I practically floated out!
