Speechless. It was the best massage I have ever had. I felt like I was on cloud 9. The masseuse was very professional- she got rid of my pain in my calves, was very relaxing and I am so happy as I will be going back continuously from now on. Would recommend to everyone and anyone who wants the best massage.

If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. Lou is very profressional, and informative, you will feel like your floating when you leave, and have the best night sleep ever xx

The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

I saw add in happy Buddha window .I’ve had TMG jaw pain for a very long time .,2 days after a jaw massage the pain was gone .I am very Surprised and impressed ,Kimberlys body knowledge and it’s connection's is a gift ,very kind and professional ,second appointment already booked .

As a beginner to reform pilates, I did not want to join a big class and feel stupid,, so a 1:1 session with Danielle was perfect. The studio is lovely and calming and the equipment is as you'd find in a larger studio. Danielle is very knowledgable and made sure to correct my form to get the utmost benefit from the session. I will be back for certain!

I had s wonderful day yesterday. In the indoor and outdoor poole sauna and steam room and then jumping in the waves. All staff were brilliant. Two people stood out especially. Neil Pslmer who went the extta mile for us. In the pool area and Sansah who gave me a wonderful Calm Seas Body Bslance Ritual. I felt so good afterwards I gave her s hug. My husband John snd i used to be life members and it was lovely to be bsck yesterday. It was a shame that we were unable to use our membetship for 18 months from March 20 to Sept 21 because of Covid.

Lili is a class act. She provides an excellent service and you know that you are in professional hands: Lili knows what she is doing. Despite there being plenty of places in Bournemouth, where I live, I prefer to come to Skincare Cafe in Poole for my beauty treatments.

I didn't realise how much stress my body had been holding on to. jaew was totally amazing.. so knowledgeable and recognised all my issues. She gave me so much good advice on how to look after my body. I can't recommend her enough.. I came away feeling rejuvenated and looking forward to going back.

I had the back, neck and shoulder massage and it was bliss. The only tiny thing is I would have liked an indication of it coming to an end a coupe of minutes before - so I could be ready for it to finish. I could've happily drifted off to sleep!
