It was my first time at this Salon after my regular nail tech went MIA. Madison was very friendly, put me at ease the minute I walked through the door, offered me a drink & was warm & welcoming. She explained everything that she would be doing & why, very knowledgeable & well trained & her attention to detail is brilliant also. We chatted, we laughed, all in all I felt very comfortable & well looked after. When her boss, Cassidy came in she also was very warm & friendly too. I will definitely be back & possibly for other treatments too. Thankyou ladies

Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Value for money, friendly service and facials that actually do work!!

An amazing full body massage by Achala. I have had many massages over the years but this was one of a kind- literally from my scalp, face and neck to my toes. Will definitely return to her. Muscle tension just melted away!

Massage was incredible, so relaxing, music was great, therapist checked in about pressure, room was suitably set up, calm and relaxing environment. Not 5 due to some of the spa facilities in hotel which seem outdated ie needing £1 for locker, outside jacuzzi drain cover broken, however, a lovely experience, would return; would ideally be a more seamless experience from treatment to pool facilities for a true spa experience - robes and slippers not offered.

Fantastic day! We had beautiful weather which helped a lot. Lovely massagesfor myself and my daughter...who said it was the best she'd ever had! It was a gift for her birthday so very lovely mother daughter spa day. Enjoyed the pool, lunch by the sea and spectacular views. Thankyou 😀

Although I’ve been coming to Sarah for many years, this was the first time for fillers. I can honestly say, as nervous as I was, Sarah put me at ease, explained everything she was going to do and reassured me through the whole experience and checking I was ok. I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.
