Massage was incredible, so relaxing, music was great, therapist checked in about pressure, room was suitably set up, calm and relaxing environment. Not 5 due to some of the spa facilities in hotel which seem outdated ie needing £1 for locker, outside jacuzzi drain cover broken, however, a lovely experience, would return; would ideally be a more seamless experience from treatment to pool facilities for a true spa experience - robes and slippers not offered.

Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Value for money, friendly service and facials that actually do work!!

Fantastic day! We had beautiful weather which helped a lot. Lovely massagesfor myself and my daughter...who said it was the best she'd ever had! It was a gift for her birthday so very lovely mother daughter spa day. Enjoyed the pool, lunch by the sea and spectacular views. Thankyou 😀

Although I’ve been coming to Sarah for many years, this was the first time for fillers. I can honestly say, as nervous as I was, Sarah put me at ease, explained everything she was going to do and reassured me through the whole experience and checking I was ok. You can tell this is a passion for Sarah and she is an artist with people’s faces! I look and feel like a different person, I feel so much more confident and I LOVE what Sarah has done. I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.

Danielle gives the best massages and facials … an hour and a half of total relaxation; she’s absolutely brilliant.

I have been to Sarah a few times for my eyebrows and lash lift, her service is great that’s why I keep coming back. I feel so comfortable with her, room is always clean and with music playing in the background too makes me feel so relaxed. Overall amazing service, would recommend 😊

Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.
