Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

The hair scalp experience was fantastic and so relaxing. My scalp and hair feel extremely clean and free of buildup. I booked for my daughter and I to have the treatment together and both of us can’t wait to come back! We have been looking for a Japanese hair spa in London and are so happy to have found one.

I have been coming to Kanburi Thai Spa for a number of years now with either myself and my mum or my partner. Each time gets better and we feel amazing after the treatment. I initially stumbled upon this hidden gem when I used to work in west London and even after leaving the area I have always come back to Kanburi. The staff, massages, relaxation and the little touches like providing water bottles is 100/10 and I’ll continue to return as it is worth travelling for. Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

The man at reception had outstanding customer service. He let us rebook as we were coming from East London and underestimated the traffic through central London. They accommodated for us to get a couples massage. The whole experience was smooth, calming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place 10/10

I have been going to here for years and the service is always amazing! The ONLY place in London that I’ll go to get anything done! They are clean, attentive, skilled and go above and beyond for their customers. I have thick dark hair so its important to me to go to a place that really knows how to handle my eyebrows.

I had a fantastic massage with May. Being a massage therapist myself, I’m very conscious of technique and how muscles should be worked, so it was such a treat to completely switch off and enjoy being on the receiving end of a truly professional treatment. The pressure was perfectly firm, exactly as requested, and May focused carefully on the areas where I was holding pain and tension. I left feeling refreshed, balanced, and so much better in my body. I had an excellent experience. The back, neck, and shoulder massage was outstanding. As a therapist myself, and this being my first visit, I was genuinely impressed by the technique used. It effectively relieved some deep-seated knots and tension in my body. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to others.

Turns out what I really needed was a deep tissue massage and I will be coming back for one of those! The candle massage was relaxing and the therapist really looked after me and made me feel so much more relaxed and limber. 10/10

Didi has created such a warm cocoon of a treatment room in which to receive an incredible facial experience. Her hands find tension and manage to soften, soothe and relax the fascia, muscles and nervous system. Smells from her potions and lotions delight the senses and she truly does magic. I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They offer you drinks and pay attention to details! The nail art is perfectly done, the waxing is fast and smooth, the pedicure and manicure are very relaxing ! Best one I’ve been to in London yet !

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

I came for a 30-minute back and shoulder massage, and it was great! The room was lovely and clean, and the table was comfortable and padded. Elisabeth was very polite and asked where my aches and pains were before she started. The pressure was amazing, a great mix between deep tissue and relaxing. I've left feeling really satisfied and will definitely come again!
