Spent a fantastic 90 mins tonight with a 45 min Reiki session and then followed by a 45 min back massage with Natalie. I’ve always been sceptical about Reiki but I can honestly say it was a really good experience. The back massage was absolutely fantastic as it was previously. Thank you Natalie for being so understanding of my situation and being so professional. I would definitely recommend 100%

Natalie is a very cheerful and polite young lady. She explained everything she was going to do. My back massage was very strong ( at my request) but also very relaxing. She asked me if I was comfortable with the pressure throughout the treatment. When she did the neck & shoulder part, she asked if I was comfortable with where she needed to touch me and if I was ok with oil in my hair. Very professional throughout. Ann

When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. I had three treatments with Polly this morning and really enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple and stress free and Polly made me feel completely at ease throughout. My manicure, pedicure and back massage were all fantastic. I left feeling thoroughly relaxed, refreshed and pampered. Polly is professional, friendly, and skilled at what she does. I’ll definitely be booking in again soon!

Wish I could give 10 stars because wow! Had the most friendliest service ever ever. Could not fault the customer service nor the actual massage. I got a lymphatic massage and I kid you not, after 1 session, we both saw the most amazing difference!! Just whilst being in the room. Definitely going to be a regular and will absolutely be back.

It was my first time trying lymphatic drainage, and the therapist explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. She did a great job working on the knots in my back, and I left feeling much more relaxed and refreshed. The whole setting was calm and peaceful—I’d definitely go again!

It was my first visit today and I met Paula such a warm, kind, and welcoming person. The space was calm, clean, and relaxing. I came in for a lymphatic massage but explained I was feeling stressed, so she suggested starting with a relaxing massage before the lymphatic one. It was perfect!
