Hands down the BEST massage I have ever had ! I went for a shoulder and back massage and it was just incredible! Beats every other massage I’ve had and I’ve had plenty! 10/10 will be recommending. A friendly and professional massage and consultation, I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and focus was targeted on specifically analysed areas. My back feels much better already, and Lauren gave great advice on how to ease symptoms and be more aware of certain movements going forward.

Indian head massage. Back and shoulders were included. Back massage was 10/10, I have quite long hair and I wasn’t sure how to wear it, I left it down but took a bobble with me, I didnt ask but wasn’t advised on how to wear it. I did feel like my hair was in the way and didn’t really get much done on my head due to this. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Water on arrival and leave. Very respectful. Clean and smelt lovely. I’ve booked in again for two weeks time but for a full body.

I had a home massage yesterday, neck, shoulder & back, performed by Fiona,massage therapist. Fiona adopts a holistic, person led, calming approach & she accurately pinpointed particularly knotted, problem areas that I suffer from. I also suffer from intense anxiety which often affects my ability to relax, however, Fiona’s sensitivity towards me, enabled me to totally feel at peace with myself & in so doing I was able to enjoy the experience not only for the physical benefits but also, just as important, for the mental benefits too. Home massage then straight to sleep in my home - perfect!

What can I say... Fantastic. I once had a massage many moons ago, so I didn't really know what to expect but Lauren was very welcoming, professional and thorough. I booked in for a particular back issue, but Lauren also highlighted and worked on other issues I didn't even know I had! I most definitely recommend.
