10/10 will be recommending. A friendly and professional massage and consultation, I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and focus was targeted on specifically analysed areas. My back feels much better already, and Lauren gave great advice on how to ease symptoms and be more aware of certain movements going forward.

Indian head massage. Back and shoulders were included. Back massage was 10/10, I have quite long hair and I wasn’t sure how to wear it, I left it down but took a bobble with me, I didnt ask but wasn’t advised on how to wear it. I did feel like my hair was in the way and didn’t really get much done on my head due to this. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Water on arrival and leave. Very respectful. Clean and smelt lovely. I’ve booked in again for two weeks time but for a full body.

I had a back scrub and steep tissue back massage which was amazing and my daughter an Indian head massage and foot massage which she loved! I booked in for a particular back issue, but Lauren also highlighted and worked on other issues I didn't even know I had! I most definitely recommend.
