Had yet another amazing session with Joanna. I tried the Spinal Touch therapy and wow! I already knew from my massage last month that she is intuitive and uses the exact pressure and tempo to send you off to sleep, but this was a whole other experience. During the treatment, I felt very relaxed and then a sudden sense of warming throughout the back. Two hours later, I don't feel the pain I have been carrying around for years. I definitely will be back for more sessions. Highly recommend Joanna! She's a fabulous healer!

Great massage for my back and shoulders. The therapist used techniques that released tension by applying pressure to acupressure points, and the results were immediate. My shoulders and neck felt much more relaxed and noticeably less tense afterwards. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience comfortable and professional. I will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend!

Treated myself to a lovely Glow Girl Vitamin C facial with Clare and oh, wow! After a week of feeling tired and just meh 🫤, this really helped me relax (I actually fell asleep briefly 🤣). The treatments were refreshing, cooling and relaxing and skin felt amazing afterwards. I even got a random kind comment from a lovely lady on my way back to the car saying how lovely I looked. The stylist did an amazing job with my fresh cut and colour—it turned out exactly how I wanted, and the curls at the ends were flawless. Sophie is a lovely lady consulted me which colour would be better and also gave me a good curtain bang! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that some of the colour wasn’t fully removed from the back, so I had to wash my hair again once I got home.

Booked for bikini and brow wax before my holiday. Lovely, clean room, Nikki was lovely and friendly. She recommended threading on my brows instead of wax and so glad she advised that because they look amazing! Now that I live in derby, I will absolutely be back here. Thank you

Fantastic…. I had a pedicure after a very long hike up Ben Nevis, my feet were aching sore and ready for a pamper. Kaylee is so professional warm and welcoming …. I felt so relaxed and the air con on such a warm day was amazing. My first visit to “Radiant by Julie” and it definitely exceeded my expectations, Julie is lovely, both professional & friendly. I had the best facial and massage in her delightful treatment room which has the most comfortable treatment couch. My skin feels amazing & I already can’t wait to go back. Had a fabulous French manicure with Kay - Lee . It was so relaxing being pampered and my nails look classy. Moving the nail bar to reception is a great idea as it is so much lighter. I will definitely be back when i let my toes out! Highly recommend.

What a lovely treat! Not had a back massage for a while, Julie makes you feel comfortable and explains what she is going to do, checks what sort of pressure you prefer and if you have any particular area that needs attention. The heated bed is also fabulous! X
