I recently had a laser hair removal treatment at this clinic and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My practitioner, Mariyah, was absolutely amazing — she made me feel so comfortable, especially as I was quite nervous to begin with. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped put me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and really easy to get to. The laser machine they use is top quality and virtually pain-free, which I didn’t expect. I also really appreciate how accommodating they were with my schedule.

I had an amazing experience with Gemma! She was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to my needs regarding my body. This is the second time using the hyperbaric camber. Both times I’ve used it after getting Covid and having brain fog. For me the results are fantastic and releases the sensation. After the treatment my decision making and brain activity is back to normal. I can strong recommend it. The clinic is also fantastic and the staff are really helpful.

It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

The staff are friendly and took the time to explain the process and what to expect, which made me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained. My technician is professional and made sure I'm at ease during each session. After a few sessions, I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

Honestly the practitioner Safa is soo lovely and makes you feel so comfortable. The laser itself it’s absolutely pain free unlike the experience I’ve had at other laser places where the pain was unbearable. So affordable and up to high standards. Would honestly recommend to book in your patch test and start your laser journey immediately.
