Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. So nice to have such a positive place in Ipswich town. Parking right outside (£2 hour - bonus) and you can pay on card. Thanks again and be seeing you again! Jay x

I am always so happy and impressed by My Nail Tech / Artist! Before coming to Image, My Gel Nails would be lifting and coming off within days. I just put it down to the hair and body oils I use. So I was amazed that this has never happened with any set of Gels from Dayna at Image Beauty Salon. 3weeks later they are still looking fabulous! I am always sad to see each Nail Art Creation removed...... But totally excited for my next stunning set of Gels from Dayna! Go Dayna!! Thank you xx

Brilliant as always!! Such a personalised service given from Suzie and her team, a polar opposite to the other salons in the Ipswich area where you are just a faceless number taking an appointment. You can tell that they really care.

I've been using Image Salon ever since I moved to Ipswich almost 15 years ago and I am never disappointed. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and professional. And the quality of their treatments is always high.

So happy to have found Image Salon in Ipswich . They are all highly professional and specialist l feel very safe in Sue & Naomi’s hands. And the treatment is working! They have a lovely LED light treatment room (my favourite spot the “snooze room” I call it 😅 LED has a sleeping effect on me, Sue and the ladies are very lovely , gorgeous ,caring women I highly recommend.

I had a toning treatment with Sylvia at image Ipswich today. I found Sylvia to be a caring and very professional therapist. She explained each stage of my treatment. Which I found very reassuring and informative.

Fabulous massage as ever with Maritza. The only problem was that the room wasn’t as warm as it usually is. However Maritza did her best to wrap me up 😊

The massage (shoulders, neck and back) was excellent. I felt very confident and satisfied by Tiana's abilities and treatment. I felt thoroughly relaxed afterwards. I felt the welcome and reception experience could have been better. I had not been before and nobody checked my name or appointment details. This could be improved upon but I am looking forward to my facial appointment in July and would certainly have another massage there.

Had a full body and scalp massage with Heather, first time at the salon and everything was amazing since walking through the door. Staff very polite and welcoming, salon beautifully presented and feels very Luxurious. Heather was amazing, explained everything, kept checking I was okay, absolutely relaxing and I feel so good! Salon is beautifully decorated and clean. Staff are really friendly. You are made to feel really welcome and at ease. Amber really listened to what I wanted her to do and gave me her honest opinion and advice and I came out feeling so happy with the result. It is so nice and reassuring going to a salon knowing that everybody has been trained properly and have lots of experience, especially with all the one man bands popping up all over the place offering very cheap prices after just having completed a week long training course. You definitely get what you pay for!!
