Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently had a full body massage with Grace, and it was honestly one of the best experiences. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing! Professional, attentive and incredibly skilled. Grace made me feel at ease straight away, and her technique was just perfect. She knew exactly how much pressure to apply and really focused on the areas my body needed. By the end of the session I felt completely relaxed, refreshed and free of tension. You can tell Grace takes pride in her work and her clients. I can’t recommend her enough. I had the most beautiful hot stone massage yesterday with Lou and I genuinely left feeling like a different person. The treatment itself was incredible. The heat from the stones combined with the pressure was perfect, especially for someone like me who works in a posture-heavy job. I could feel the tension melting away. Every movement felt intentional and intuitive, and I left feeling deeply relaxed but also lighter and more aligned. It’s rare to find someone who not only delivers a technically excellent massage but also creates such a safe, soothing space. Looking forward my next one!
