I have a slipped disc that puts pressure on my spinal nerves, and Catherine has been able to provide almost instant relief after every visit through her Indian head massage treatments. Her ability to identify the exact areas where tension has built up is truly remarkable. It’s a skill that comes from a deep understanding of the human body and years of expertise. I have been exceptionally pleased with the care and service Catherine has provided, and I will continue to book treatments with her whenever possible. I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Susanna, primarily for lower back pain. It was possibly one of the best massages I’ve had. Very firm - but she continued to check the pressure was ok and not painful, but I prefer it strong! Despite the heat outside (July heatwave) the treatment room was cool, well ventilated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend and I will become a regular visitor!

Incredibly relaxing experience but it was very very warm both the water and the air in the room. Would have been more enjoyable if the air in the room/tank was not as warm as it was a little suffocating at times
