Booked for my dad for his birthday as a surprise, the masseuse was amazing! The customer service was brilliant, we were seated in relaxation room served with food & drink whilst we waited. They knew it was my dad’s birthday, they brought him out a candle lit cake for him once he came out of the room! Will absolutely be booking again. Mr prime was lovely. My dad wants to go back again for all of us. He thoroughly enjoyed it & it helped with his health conditions with this body.

Such a lovely experience going to see Ellen for a massage yesterday! The place is so welcoming and calm, & Ellen made me feel really cared for and relaxed throughout. I tried the herbal compress heat therapy massage and it was amazing! A really good deep massage followed by the heat of the compress that was incredibly relaxing and really helped my muscles let go. Ellen makes the compress specially for your treatment, which feels really special & I felt thoroughly relaxed & nurtured by the whole experience. It was much needed and I'll definitely be back!
