I had the most wonderful experience with Sam at Sage Therapies. She has such a calming, nurturing presence that you feel held from the moment you arrive. The reflexology melted away my anxiety, and her massage released so much deep tension in my shoulders and neck. The Reiki and energy balancing left me feeling grounded, clear, and truly restored. Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Thai yoga massage was like nothing I've experienced before! I went in not really feeling achy or tense but just really felt that I wanted a good stretch, and I definitely got that. I booked two hours, and it passed in no time. I'll most certainly be back.

I had serious odd symptoms on my face of which the normal healthcare professionals are not so concerned. These are anyways causing me discomfort and interrupt my daily activities. She did the detective work in the spot, and work through the process intuitively supporting me to find solage. The massage turn to be a real comfort even if she found some very painful areas in the upper back area. And also, she gave good advice how to continue to enhance the healing process. .

Elena was so welcoming, making you feel at ease from the second you walk in. I had a Swedish massage and Indian head massage and could feel the benefits straight away. Elena regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and explained what she was doing as well as providing useful aftercare tips. It was my first time visiting and I will definitely be booking again!

Elena was absolutely amazing, it was my first time here. I have suffered pain to my shoulder blades, back and neck - came for the deep tissue massage and it was the best thing i’ve done! I can already feel a difference in my body. Give me some great advice also on ways to continue to ease it myself at home. Used Fresha to find a massage as I was in town today and hadn’t had one for so long! Took a call from Ellie to warn me she was running slightly behind and to push the appointment back 15 mins, I really appreciated this. From the moment I arrived, Ellie explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. The massage itself was the first deep tissue massage I’ve ever had and I left feeling like a new man!
