I had an amazing 45-minute Swedish massage experience! From the moment the session started, I felt completely at ease. The pressure was perfect—gentle yet effective—and all the tension in my shoulders and back just melted away. She took extra care to massage my hands and feet as well as my back and chest, which made the experience feel incredibly thorough and relaxing. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it easy to fully unwind. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and incredibly relaxed. I highly recommend Ruth for a massage.

I’ve just had the most magical reflexology treatment with Michelle, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I drifted off to sleep on the couch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss. I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and with such relief in my achy feet — not to mention all the incredible holistic benefits that come with reflexology. Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Karen has healing hands and a lovely set up to increase the relaxation. I will recommend to friends and family!

My first time getting a lymphatic drainage massage and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Laura has such indepth knowledge and makes you feel so comfortable. The heated bed and towels were wonderful and relaxing. I feel refreshed and will definitely have one again. A nice little surprise of a gift bag and electrolyte water at the end was a lovely touch. Highly recommend laura and her services.
