Had Stacey this morning for a Sculpt and glow regeneration. Wow absolutely fantastic, facial, cleansing,head neck massage, foot massage, lymphatic drainage and moisturising. Was a 1hour and a half of pure pamper. Thank you Stacey you were wonderful as always. Highly recommend. X

Lymphatic drainage full body massage. My body has been swollen, puffy, tired and generally run down from constant illness But coming to the rescue is the lymphatic drainage massage. Karita worked her magic on my broken body and restarted my whole system. The 2 days after this treatment I spent deflating literally . I felt so sluggish before this treatment as if my body couldn't work in harmony to cleanse itself. After this treatment I feel as if my body has been restarted to how it should work. Bamboo massage by Karita was beyond words. Stretched my muscles from head to foot without the pain was so relaxed I accidently dropped off and snored. Once finished was so effective I was able to touch my toes from a standing positions . ( I have not been able to do this for 2 years since I had an accident and illness. Once again woodlands ladies have introduced a first class experience. Highly recommended it.

Sarah always gets me back on my feet when I’ve damaged myself. This visit I had hurt my shoulders somehow and could barely move the right one. Sarah worked on this and I left being able to move my arm freely again and the headache I had for the past few days has lifted.

After riding a motorcycle in the Himalayas in May 3500kms I was in need of some help! My neck and shoulders mainly but the massage and reiki was amazing. As a yoga teacher I was aware of tension in my body but Sarah's treatments released this and left me feeling relaxed, peaceful and restored 🙏
