Fantastic experience from start to end! Helen was very knowledgeable ands gave great, honest advice. I had cranial/facial reflexology but had never had reflexology before so didn’t know what to expect. I absolutely loved it 🥰 The setting was serene and relaxing, the treatment was slow yet therapeutic and it felt so good! I felt refreshed, relaxed and revived when I came out and will definitely be going again! Thank you Helen 🥰

Another great sports massage by Josh, while also trying dry cupping. Really achy and sore quads and hamstrings following Hyrox race and Josh recommended the relevant treatment which was completed professionally and friendly. I feel so much better for it.

Anyone who has had a bad experience in the past with a hot stone massage by another therapist, please try Cells! I had a terrible one at Ragdale Hall, it was the most painful experience! But, oh my gosh! this is my new fav, I just wished I’d book the longer session, lol. Highly recommend it!

The massage completely transformed how my body felt, especially in my lower back and hamstrings in just one session, I felt an incredible difference. Josh was not only skilled but really took the time to assess the areas that needed attention. The pressure was perfect, firm enough to work through the knots.
