The follow-up care advice was explained clearly. The shop itself is very modern, up-to-date, and very clean. Rabia, my consultant, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and took a keen interest in understanding my needs and skin issues. I had the hand reflexology and can say, it was a very therapeutic experience. Helen, as always,explained what the different points were and was able to work on the problematic areas. She was very conscious of making sure that you were okay and that any discomfort felt wasn’t too uncomfortable. I am booked in for a few more sessions, which I am looking forward to.
