It was my first time ever experiencing reflexology or a massage of any kind before. I was extremely nervous to do this but Helen was absolutely fantastic. I instantly felt at ease and ive left feeling like I have a new lease of life! I couldn't recommend Helen more, I instantly booked to visit again and im sure I will keep coming back. A 10/10 atmosphere and experience, ive never felt calm like it!

Another great sports massage by Josh, while also trying dry cupping. Really achy and sore quads and hamstrings following Hyrox race and Josh recommended the relevant treatment which was completed professionally and friendly. I feel so much better for it.

Anyone who has had a bad experience in the past with a hot stone massage by another therapist, please try Cells! I had a terrible one at Ragdale Hall, it was the most painful experience! But, oh my gosh! this is my new fav, I just wished I’d book the longer session, lol. Highly recommend it!

My first cranial Massage and it was amazing.

Very relaxing massage, Helen is very considerate and welcoming all good. So much so that I’ve booked again for next week.

Always a pleasure x go in with your head whirling as Christmas is approaching fast and so much to do and leave as if it is all done. Helen is always warm and welcoming and is offering and giving amazing treatments. I can't wait to experience the aromatherapy which will go alongside my treatment.
