I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

Every time I have a reflexology session I leave feeling calmer, and more able to deal with whatever life has in store. The session itself is one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever experienced and for me allows a meditative state. Hollie is a wonderful person who is brilliant at what she does. Vicki puts me at ease and induces a deep sense of relaxation in me, that I find hard to get from other therapists. Vicki listens to what I want to gain from a massage and works in a way that she responds to what my body is needing at the time and will suggests techniques or tools that would be useful in maximising the therapeutic effects that f the massage. Vicki has the most calming voice I’ve ever heard and installs a sense of great wellbeing and a feeling of being looked after.

Fab as always nice & relaxing..

Wonderful. As an NHS nurse my shoulders, back, neck, knees and feet take a battering and my stress levels are high. After a treatment with Hollie I literally feel my body returning back to equilibrium. She’s the best with magic healing hands. You won’t regret a treatment here and the surrounding are so tranquil.

Always feel relaxed and made to feel welcome with Vicky. Her work space is perfect and an easy place to relax. I was listened to when asked what i wanted from the massage. Vicky put together the perfect session to help ease my achey shoulder and stiff neck. I will continue to visit vicky as it really is part of looking after my mind body and soul.
