Mia is so professional, she fully explained the treatment when I booked the appointment. I felt fully comfortable during the treatment , and Mia gave me instructions on aftercare when the appointment was finished. I have already booked a further appointment, and recommend Mia highly.

I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

Always the best! Had the most relaxing facial and met new memebers of the team and everyone was so nice and welcoming! Claire is such a friendly person and makes you feel so comfortable straight away! She’s so knowledgeable you know your in safe hands x

Mia is a very talented nail technician. She is a wonderful person to spend time with and I very much enjoy my visits. I often get very positive comments about my nails. She offers great suggestions on colours and nail art for the right occasion.

Every time I have a reflexology session I leave feeling calmer, and more able to deal with whatever life has in store. The session itself is one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever experienced and for me allows a meditative state. Hollie is a wonderful person who is brilliant at what she does. Would absolutely recommend
