I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

I always love my appointments at Polished. Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere so welcoming and warm, and all the ladies who work there go the extra mile. Lovely location, so quiet and peaceful, Holly was amazing always so welcoming and nice, I’m very happy with my treatment, getting amazing results with the lemon bottle.

Absolutely loved seeing Georgia today. It was my first time being waxed in a long time. Now she has hot wax I thought I would give it a go as I have very sensitive skin. Great results, didn’t feel it and no skin irritation at all.
