I had a deep tissue massage which was fine. Not the best but nice. What wasn’t nice is where my room was situated you can hear everything in the next room and entryway, which meant the second half was not very relaxing. The room was also on the cold side and wasn’t asked at the beginning of the room temp was ok. I’m new to Berko so will be trying out other places too.

Wonderful! The massage was the perfect pressure for a deep tissue. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Will be booking again for a few weeks time, for sure.

I booked in for an eyebrow shape and tint along with an eyelash tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My brows are perfectly shaped and look natural, and the tint has given them great definition without being too dark. The lash tint has made my eyes pop beautifully. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The Beautician was professional, attentive, and clearly skilled at what she does. She listened to what I wanted, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I love the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone.

Super relaxing enviroment and the girl who did my eyebrows was an angel. My eyebrows came out so lovely and i felt so comfortable through the whole process even if it was my first time having a tint done. Will be coming again :)

I was 10 minutes late and full treatment could not be accommodated as Chloe working alone. Bit frustrating as do not live in Berkhampstead and rebokking next day not an option.

Waxing is normally something I dread, but Chloe was amazing, quick painless and thorough. Highly recommend. Absolutely lovely lady too chatted away making the whole experience a lot less embarrassing. Thank you.
