Wow, what can I say…. I felt exceptionally well taken care of from booking, to arriving, to being treated, to leaving. Katie made sure that everything was how I’d like it to be before we started and during the treatment so that I could simply relax, and that’s exactly what happened. I’ve come away feeling lighter, more energised, more relaxed and with a huge reduction in pain after Katie was able to help melt away the discomfort relating to an injury with her magic hands. Sana was amazing. The massage itself was so relaxing, but at the same time also released all the tension I had which was so relieving. Sana took the time to explain all the aftercare details and often checked on me during the message. 10/10 recommend - I’ll definitely be back! The heated bed was a bonus to!!

I honestly can’t recommend Sana enough. From the moment I met her, she was so warm, kind, and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. She took the time to listen to how I was feeling and what I needed, and it really showed in the care she put into the massage. Her touch was incredibly intuitive and soothing, and I could feel the tension melting away as the session went on. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and genuinely looked after. Sana has such a lovely presence and is clearly very talented at what she does. I’m so grateful for the experience and will definitely be returning.

I recently had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Eve and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. She took the time to understand my problem areas and tailored the massage to target those specific spots. She applied just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension while ensuring the session remained relaxing. The atmosphere in the treatment room was calming with soft music that enhanced the experience. I left feeling rejuvenated, with all my muscle tension gone. If you’re looking for a skilled therapist who genuinely cares about your well-being, I highly recommend Eve!

Very relaxing massage done by Jess, felt amazing!

I had a deep tissue massage which was fine. Not the best but nice. What wasn’t nice is where my room was situated you can hear everything in the next room and entryway, which meant the second half was not very relaxing. The room was also on the cold side and wasn’t asked at the beginning of the room temp was ok. I’m new to Berko so will be trying out other places too.
