My 1st experience as a 44 years old was with Nurse Poppy. Ive never had a facial or done anything to look after my skin. I had Microneedling with polynucleotides. It was a great experience! I enjoyed my appointment. Poppy kept me at ease and and talked me through everything she was doing. She also explained all the after care and recommended what products may be good for me going forward, to take better care of my skin. I rebook for another session. Im on day 3 now, and I'm not really red at all. Thanks again. We can't wait to come back Colleen x

I had a Derma plane Facial with a CryoGlobe Face Massage and Ultrasonic Extraction adds on. The lady at reception was really helpful and professional in dealing with me, she got me a glass of water and was chatty and welcoming. My therapist Claire was fantastic! She made me very comfortable, her technique and delivery was prefect. She was informative and professional. My skin is glowing and feels clear and revived. I would definitely return for a treatment from Claire!
