It was great. I received a warm and friendly welcome as soon as I got there. The therapist that did my treatment was lovely, she actively initiated conversation which made me feel more comfortable and put me at ease. I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!
