I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Wonderful time. Lovely surroundings all very peaceful and relaxing. Best massage l have had in a long time. My friend and l treated ourselves to a facial and massage. As always, and with all her treatments, Sarah did a great job with my back, neck and shoulder massage and additional facial - accompanied by a lovely arm massage. Always very professional, Sarah remains approachable, friendly and caring. I left floating on air, and as relaxed and pampered as it's possible to be without going on holiday! I always enjoy visiting the salon, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and everyone is so friendly. I also can’t recommend Victoria highly enough. She’s an exceptional intimate waxer who instantly puts you at ease, working quickly and effortlessly. I also know she’s stepping into a management role, and I have no doubt she’s going to be amazing!

The whole experience was really lovely. I had a soothing massage from a very friendly member of staff. I liked everything about it, the room, the music and the oil used for the massage. The massage bed was warm and cosy.

I visited today for a pedicure. The staff are always, warm and accommodating. The nail room is beautifully decorated and calm. The pedicure itself was excellent. Thank you to Vicky for providing great service. I can’t recommend The Treatment Rooms enough.

I hadn't had a 90 minute massage for a very long time and it was long overdue. Sarah did not disappoint. Her calming and welcoming treatment room was warm and cosy, from the heated blanket to the heated eye mask. She worked her magic with her hot lava shells and sweet scented oils on my tired and stressed body and I left feeling completely relaxed and chill. Will definitely return again for more. I had a beautiful Swedish Relaxation Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage with Sarah and it was lovely from start to finish. Sarah is so kind and welcoming and immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to chat with me beforehand, which I really appreciated. The beauty room is beautiful, peaceful and calming, and smells incredible. The massage itself was amazing. I felt so relaxed throughout and could have happily stayed there all day. I really enjoyed my ear candle session with Sarah today. Sarah was welcoming and explained what she was going to do. Whilst the candle was burning she did a gentle lymphatic drainage massage around the ear, neck and head. After, Sarah gave a lovely face massage before leaving me to relax! The treatment room was clean, warm and totally relaxing. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

I had the most amazing deep sleep relaxation all over body massage today with hot shells….. wow I feel absolutely wonderful and I already know I will sleep well tonight! Sarah as always was fantastic and I go sent on my way home with a lovely mint tea. Highly recommend
