Fabulous treatment, Indian Head, Neck, Shoulder and Back massage. Super muscle tension relief. Really relaxing and holistic along with targeting concerns with my neck and tension. I have had 2 sessions of the lymphatic drainage massage. Lisa listened to my concerns & I found her so helpful & reassuring. The treatment is very gentle & I have seen results with less water retention & bloating from session one. I will continue on a quarterly maintenance programme and would highly recommend

Amazing! So worth a visit, the staff at Balm were really helpful, and Emma is a great therapist too. She was super helpful when I had an awkward pain in the rib owing to my pregnancy and she helped me to get comfortable in a supported position with cushions so I could still enjoy a massage. I haven't been that level of relaxed in a long time, it was just what I need. Highly recommend.

Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and an expert, achieving instant results from a number of niggles I've had for weeks, as well as providing a wonderfully relaxing treatment. The Therapy and Fitness Centre is immaculately clean with a highly professional and qualified team of people as well as being welcoming and offering a great variety of classes to work on fitness, flexibility and strength. I can’t recommend Ann enough. She is very skilled and knowledgeable. She knows all of my problem areas and adapts her massage accordingly. The benefits I get from seeing Ann are far more than I expected. I sleep better, reduces muscle tremors, less cramps and less headaches. I feel so much healthier.
