It’s my first time at Forest Massage Therapy and won’t be my last. Nicola is very professional and very good at explaining the different therapies and their benefits to our body. The setting is clean, calm, and comfortable, and I had a relaxing Indian Head Massage treatment. I felt less tension on my shoulder, head, and neck after the treatment. Highly recommended x

Enjoyed my full body massage very relaxing the massage beds in relaxation room were gorgeous added finishing touch to help finish my spa day off thanks girls .

Went today for a Turkish bath and massage cannot fault it, the staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I was booked in with Laura and she was amazing I didn’t want to leave. Cannot wait to come back thank you so much x

Amazing me and my daughter booked in for a Turkish bath, infra red sauna and back, neck and shoulder massage, it really was amazing we then got to have a cup of Turkish tea and relax on the comfy massage beds in the chill out room. I am definitely booking again, Alexsia and Molly where so lovely and fantastic at their jobs I really cannot recommend enough. Xxx

I had a lovely appointment for an Indian head massage with Nicki. She was really helpful with suggestions how to adapt the treatment so I would be comfortable after a recent csection. I am looking forward to another appointment after Christmas.

Always look forward to my appointments with Nicki, and today did not disappoint! Suffering with back issues and tension headaches, Nicki always manages to make me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s absolutely lovely, and genuinely cares. Just an amazing experience all together!
